Notices of errors, disputes and information requests must be submitted to Weststar Mortgage Corporation in writing at Weststar Mortgage Corporation, Attn: Error Resolution Department, P.O. Box 25400, Albuquerque, NM 87125-0400.

We will send an acknowledgment within five (5) business days of receiving your request. We will determine whether an error occurred within thirty (30) days after we hear from you and will correct any error promptly. If we need more time, however, we may take up to forty-five (45) days to investigate your complaint or question. Once our investigation is complete, we will provide you with a written notification of the results of our investigation.
